いろいろ試行錯誤した結果、CUDA ON/OFF (CPU)とWSL (Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS)で動くサンプルを見つけたのでそれを使うことにした。 使用したコードはPytorchがGitHubで公開している サンプル の一つMNIST。 --no-cudaのオプションがあり、簡単にCUDA ON/OFFの比較もできる。
