Connecting your two accounts is simple; all you need to do is: Open the friends menu. Click the 'Connect to Discord' prompt.

Once you leave a Discord server, you won't be able to send any messages in or receive notifications from that server.

You can make a Discord server by selecting the plus sign in the app's sidebar, and proceed to invite people, create channels, and more.
