A man charged with fatally shooting an “American Idol” music supervisor and her husband in their Los Angeles home will undergo mental evaluation to determine whether he's fit to stand trial, a judge ruled Wednesday.

Raymond Boodarian did not enter a plea on Wednesday during his appearance after the judge repeatedly tried to gain his attention.

Raymond Boodarian's case transferred to a mental health court, according to documents viewed by Entertainment Weekly. The victims, who were both 70, were fatally shot in their Encino, Calif., home and found dead on July 14.
