With this new feature, users can type in Python code in the Excel app. The calculations are then run on a Microsoft cloud server and are returned to the Excel app, with plots and visualizations.
An integration with top enterprise Python repository Anaconda also means that popular Python libraries including pandas, statsmodels, and Matplotlib will be available in Excel.
This will enable users to perform complex statistical analysis, advanced visualizations, predictive analytics, and machine learning in Excel.
