Microsoft added a bunch of useful capabilities to Excel this month, including one that was highly requested by customers.

Click on the Download option at the top, and OneDrive will now download all files to the PC at once. It worked just fine for me on my Windows 11 PC and here is the screenshot.

If Developer tab in Microsoft Office is missing, you can add Developer tab in Word, Excel, etc. via Settings, Group Policy, Registry Editor.
